We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate who is organized, creative, and proactive, with a background in marketing or sales. If you thrive on finding new opportunities, connecting with people, and ensuring every detail is accounted for, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate with strong communication skills, a basic understanding of email marketing, and a willingness to grow. You’ll work closely with our design and content teams to support email campaigns, blog content, and digital marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is organized, creative, and ready to take responsibility.
Design high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and PBM assets that are on-brand and executive-ready.
Create and edit visual materials using Adobe Photoshop (preferred) and Illustrator; light video editing when needed.
Prepare branded templates and document layouts for repeatable use across projects.
Draft, format, and proof professional copy (emails, LinkedIn/blog posts, internal docs).
Organize and maintain assets, versions, and file structures so deliverables are easy to find and reuse.
Support daily task follow-ups and ensure materials are prepared accurately and on time.
Portfolio required: examples of design work (presentations, marketing visuals, branded assets).
Writing samples required: emails and/or LinkedIn/blog pieces that show clarity and tone control.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Canva is a plus but not a substitute for design skills.
Bonus: basic video editing experience (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.
Clear written and spoken English; comfortable collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Skopje (no relocation provided).
