We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our outreach, coordination, and internal processes. You will help keep our systems organized, assist in daily communication and reporting, and make sure projects move forward smoothly. The role combines structure, communication, and attention to detail, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and update the CRM database with accuracy and consistency
Execute outreach sequences using prepared templates and keep records up to date
Track responses, follow up with contacts, and maintain clean communication logs
Prepare short reports or summaries on progress and outcomes
Support with scheduling, follow-ups, and light administrative work
Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure timelines and priorities are met
Identify small improvements to make processes more efficient
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Familiar or ready to learn tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Pipedrive
Able to manage multiple structured tasks independently
Comfortable with repetitive or process-driven workflows
Reliable, self-managed, and consistent in execution
Experience in operations or executive support is a plus, but not required
