We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant who can execute consistently and help us keep content moving. You’ll write, schedule, and publish content across key channels, support basic paid social tasks using templates, and help with outreach and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is coachable, fast, and wants to grow long-term. We’re looking for someone who can start immediately.
Write captions and publish content consistently across channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube)
Keep content organized (assets, folders, simple content calendar, templates)
Support basic Meta ads execution using internal training and proven templates
Run outreach + follow-ups with partners and keep it tracked (who, when, status, next steps)
Provide light inbox support using templates (quick replies, follow-ups, coordination)
Use AI tools to speed up writing, ideation, repurposing, and workflow execution (without sounding robotic)
Up to 2 years experience in social media, content execution, or marketing support
Strong writing skills (human, clear, and on-brand)
Basic design sense (Canva-level is perfect) and comfort with light editing (CapCut or similar)
Organized, consistent, and deadline-driven
Proactive mindset: you bring solutions, not just questions
Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster
