We are looking for a AI Chatbot & Voice Agent Specialist (GoHighLevel Focused) who will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying AI chatbots and Voice AI agents using GoHighLevel. The position focuses on translating real-world business workflows into effective conversational AI and automation logic. across channels.
You speak and write excellent English
You can follow written instructions clearly and precisely
You think logically through real customer conversations and edge cases
You understand basic business workflows (customer service, leads, scheduling, follow-ups)
You can turn questions, intents, and outcomes into structured workflows
You have experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred)
You understand marketing automation basics (SMS, email, internal notifications/alerts)
You’ve configured automation components before (triggers, conditions, pipelines, tags, custom fields)
Bonus: You’ve worked hands-on in GoHighLevel
Bonus: You have web basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or WordPress/CMS experience
Bonus: You’ve built chatbots, voice agents, or simple integrations (API/webhooks)
Build and configure AI chatbots and Voice AI agents inside GoHighLevel
Design conversational flows for common business use cases (support questions, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, follow-ups)
Create and manage automation workflows (SMS, email, internal notifications, tagging, routing, pipeline movement, CRM updates)
Translate business requirements into clear workflow steps and automation logic
Configure triggers, conditions, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and routing rules
Test AI agents and workflows for accuracy, clarity, and reliability
Deploy chatbots on websites, landing pages, and funnels
Maintain, update, and optimize existing chatbot and automation builds
You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
You think clearly and communicate simply
You move with intention and make decisions based on context
You work well in a collaborative environment but can operate independently
