We’re hiring a Creative Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our in-house team full-time in Skopje. You’ll be working on brand and marketing visuals across campaigns, and client projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands brand identity, and feels comfortable adapting to different creative tools and workflows including AI-empowered tools.
Develop creative concepts and multiple design directions for client review
Design assets across web, print, and digital formats that align with brand guidelines
Prepare visual mockups and presentation decks for client approval
Integrate client logos, sponsor elements, and brand materials seamlessly into layouts
Collaborate with team members on production timelines and feedback rounds
Manage organized file structures, naming conventions, and version control
Stay adaptable with software updates and new creative platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (image editing, manipulation, mockups)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, templates)
Experience using Canva for quick client-facing designs and presentations
Basic understanding of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve)
Strong attention to detail and consistency across deliverables
Eagerness to learn and adopt new design tools and AI-based platforms
Organized, communicative, and proactive in feedback cycles
Background or demonstrated interest in photography or videography
Understanding of lighting, composition, and camera fundamentals
Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Firefly, etc.)
