Operations Assistant (Part-Time & US Market)

Digiperia is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Assistant (Part-Time, US Market) to support lead follow-up, lead nurturing, sales coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll work across fast-paced client projects, primarily in service-based industries such as events.

This role is a good fit for someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Follow up with inbound leads by email, text, and phone
  • Keep CRM organized and updated
  • Help move leads toward booked events
  • Re-engage past leads and previous clients
  • Support with inbox management and general inquiries
  • Help with scheduling and weekend event coordination
  • Assist with admin tasks that take time off the owner’s plate
  • Support with simple template/design-related tasks when needed
    Help with light social media or content organization if needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator with good follow-up habits
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with leads and clients
  • Able to handle sale support, admin, and operations together
  • Confident using ChatGPT, email, and basic digital tools
  • Quick learner who can adapt to how the business runs
  • Reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
  • Experience in admin, customer support, sales support, or operations is a plus
  • Event, hospitality, or service-business experience is a plus
