Part-Time Virtual Assistant

Digiperia is hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant to support a photo booth company in Canada. The role involves researching potential leads, managing social media, and assisting with marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Prospect Research & Outreach

  • Research community events happening in the city

  • Build and maintain a list of potential sponsors and event organizers

  • Find and compile social media contacts for outreach

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Assist in managing and scheduling posts on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and Pinterest

  • Design templates for social media posts using Canva (or similar tools)

  • Engage with followers and assist with community management

  • Help with monthly newsletters and email marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management

  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools

  • Strong research and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Experience with email marketing and newsletters is a plus

Work Hours: 20 hours per week, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
