
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to help us build and run a stronger outbound engine across cold email, LinkedIn, and lead generation systems.
Set up and manage the infrastructure behind outbound campaigns
Own the process behind cold email and LinkedIn outreach from setup to execution
Build targeted prospect lists and support market segmentation across industries and buyer types
Create and improve outbound workflows that are scalable and repeatable
Test messaging, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns based on results
Support handoff between outreach and sales by helping keep pipeline flow organized
Contribute to building a stronger growth system that can support multiple verticals and offers over time
You have real hands-on experience in outbound and lead generation
You understand how to build and manage outbound systems, not just write copy for them
You are familiar with sequencing tools, deliverability basics, lead sourcing, enrichment, and verification tools
You are organized, practical, and able to take ownership of moving pieces without losing detail
You know how to think commercially and understand what makes outreach relevant and effective
You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where testing, iteration, and execution matter
You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
You think clearly and communicate simply
You move with intention and make decisions based on context
You work well in a collaborative environment but can operate independently
You care about clarity, quality, and consistency in messaging
