Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant who is organized, creative, and proactive, with a background in marketing or sales. If you thrive on finding new opportunities, connecting with people, and ensuring every detail is accounted for, this role is for you.

Job Purpose

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You’ll be responsible for researching potential clients, reaching out to them, and supporting the team with creative strategies to attract new business. This role involves a mix of outreach, communication, and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Research event agencies, PR companies, hotels, restaurants, and wedding planners to identify potential clients.
  • Create and maintain organized lead lists using Google Spreadsheets.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email or other platforms to introduce our services.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients and follow up to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for attracting new business.
  • Assist in developing proposals and strategies to secure new clients.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including creating and sending proposals and invoices.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Create and edit content using Canva or other design tools as needed.

Who You Are

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or client outreach with proven lead generation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to craft compelling messages.
  • Creative and proactive, always looking for new ways to connect and grow.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating visual content is a plus.
