Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution across Digiperia and our internal brands. The role focuses on increasing visibility, improving inbound interest, strengthening our digital presence, and shaping how our brand is communicated across channels.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Create engaging content for website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage SEO, keyword research, and website optimization to increase traffic and visibility.
  • Plan and manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to leadership
  • Support preparation of company decks, product presentations, case studies, and proposal materials. 
  • Support planning and coordination of small events, industry meet-ups, webinars, or partner activities. 
  • Work closely with Sales, HR and other departments to align on programs, campaigns, and messaging. 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Hands-on design experience with a strong visual sensibility.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Squarespace (and/or WordPress), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush (or similar), HubSpot. 
  • Proficiency with common graphic and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Excellent content creation and communication skills (written and verbal), with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of event management and event-related marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in English.
