Marketing Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to support Digiperia team across branding, communication, and daily operations. This is a diverse role—ideal for someone who enjoys switching between creative tasks and organized workflows. If you’re passionate about design, marketing, and helping a growing brand stay on top of the details, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Supporting social media management, including LinkedIn content creation.
  • Assisting with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media).
  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends.
  • Helping with email marketing and nurturing campaigns.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support.
  • Knowledge with AI-powered automations
  • Brainstorming and testing growth experiments across channels to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and how to integrate them into workflows.
  • Experience with growth hacking tactics and experimentation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and ChatGPT.
  • Knowledge and understanding automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make is a big plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
