
We are looking for a dynamic Meta Ads Specialist (E-Commerce Focus) who is organized, creative, and proactive, with a background in marketing or sales. If you thrive on finding new opportunities, connecting with people, and ensuring every detail is accounted for, this role is for you.
We are looking for a high-performing Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes e-commerce. You’ll manage ad performance, work closely with our creative team, directly support the CMO, and be on track to eventually shape strategy like a fractional CMO across your client portfolio.
Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
Design testing frameworks (creative, audiences, placements) that drive ROAS and growth.
Work hand-in-hand with creative strategists to ensure messaging and visuals convert.
Monitor performance daily, interpret metrics, diagnose issues, and take action.
Manage budgets smartly — when to scale, when to pause underperformers.
Own client communication: explain performance, set realistic goals, lead status updates.
Learn from, and contribute to, strategic planning under the guidance of the CMO.
2-4 years of experience managing Meta / paid social ads for e-commerce brands.
Demonstrated track record of scaling campaigns profitably under increasing budget.
Strong quantitative mindset — you can analyse data, draw insights, and make decisions.
Creative intuition — you understand which creatives, angles, and formats work for which audience.
Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex performance data for clients.
Ownership, proactivity, high standards — you hold yourself (and sometimes your team) to exceptional quality.
Bonus if you know Shopify, GA4, or cross-channel testing.
This is a full‑time, on‑site or remote position based in Macedonia or Kosovo.
