
We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our outreach, coordination, and internal processes. You will help keep our systems organized, assist in daily communication and reporting, and make sure projects move forward smoothly. The role combines structure, communication, and attention to detail, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Manage day-to-day client communication across email, messaging, and calls
Lead client onboarding and keep ongoing requests moving
Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
Track tasks, timelines, and internal handoffs
Triage client requests and follow through until resolved
Share progress updates with clients and internal teams
Build SOPs, templates, and repeatable workflows
Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
Support content updates through tools like WordPress and Shopify
2+ years in client success, account management, onboarding, or similar roles
Strong hands-on CRM experience
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-through
Comfortable learning new tools and solving basic issues
Practical, proactive, and able to take ownership
Bonus if you have experience with automation, SOPs, HTML, CMS tools, or marketing ops
