We’re looking for a talented and versatile WordPress Web Designer to join our team in Skopje. If you have an eye for design, know how to build high-performing websites, and care about SEO and user experience—this role is for you.
As a WordPress Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing websites that not only look great but also drive results. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and SEO teams on international projects (EU, US, and local), using tools like Elementor or Bricks to build responsive, functional, and optimized websites.
Design and build websites using WordPress page builders (Elementor, Bricks, etc.)
Collaborate on layout, wireframes, and mockups with UX/UI best practices in mind
Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Configure themes, install and manage plugins, and handle basic custom coding (HTML/CSS)
Perform on-page SEO tasks such as meta tag optimization, image alt texts, and internal linking
Ensure fast loading times and strong website performance
Conduct regular audits and make updates for continuous improvement
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building WordPress websites
Proficiency with Elementor, Bricks, or similar builders
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (JavaScript is a plus)
Experience with on-page SEO fundamentals and tools like Yoast or Rank Math
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
A portfolio of relevant WordPress work
Graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma)
Copywriting or content creation abilities
Familiarity with Google Search Console and basic analytics tools
Exciting projects with clients across Europe, the US, and beyond
