We’re looking for a motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern who loves content creation, stays on top of trends, and wants hands-on experience in a creative marketing environment. If you’re proactive, comfortable in front of the camera, and excited about building digital brands—this role is for you.
This is an internship opportunity for someone eager to grow their social media skills in a fast-moving agency setting. You’ll help support day-to-day content creation, engage with online communities, and contribute to real campaigns. Ideal for students or early-career creatives who enjoy being both behind and in front of the camera.
Support the planning and scheduling of content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Help shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and engagement tactics
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute content ideas
Appear on camera when needed to record simple videos or represent the brand
Research audience behavior and help improve performance through insights
Maintain consistency with brand voice, visuals, and overall presence
A strong interest in social media and digital trends
Comfortable recording short videos and talking to a camera
Strong communication and writing skills
Some experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Curious about marketing, branding, and content strategy
Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Planoly, Meta Suite)
Awareness of AI tools for content creation
Photography or basic video editing experience
Any past social media or marketing projects (personal or academic)
A team-first, creative environment where you can build your portfolio
Real project experience with ongoing mentorship
Space to try new ideas and experiment with formats
Opportunities to grow into other roles (content, design, strategy)
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Skopje (no relocation provided).
